Mark Ashdown

Mark’s 30 year’s experience in the finance industry spans the funding of commercial, retail and industrial property ranging from small owner-occupied properties to large property investment syndicates.

Supported by a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) he is well versed in the financial requirements of business operators including business loans, cash flow finance and equipment finance.

In 2003 Mark established his own successful finance broking business and has developed other business interests where he has held senior management positions.

With this wealth of experience Mark understands the issues and concerns that people who may be entering the market for the first-time experience, the demands faced by those who operate their own small business on a day-to-day basis and is acutely aware of the impacts of the ever-changing landscape that property developers and investors experience when it comes to financing their projects.
